At Corky’s it’s our legend to serve only the finest hickory smoked ribs and barbecue in the world.
Corky’s was born along the banks of the “Mighty Mississippi” in Memphis, Tennessee, a city itself famous for great barbecue. Secret sauces, old Southern recipes and Beale Street blues blended naturally in this setting to create Corky’s unique blend of hickory-smoked ribs and barbecue.
Meaty, tender, mouth-watering St. Louis style ribs and slow-cooked hand-pulled barbecue, basted and seasoned with our own secret blend of spices and Corky’s world-famous barbecue sauce.
To this day we still enjoy cooking our unique ribs and barbecue the same old-fashioned way: hickory fired and smoked ‘til they fall off the bone!
