First of all the Co2 stays in the garage next to the beer. The 2 holes may have been for 2 taps. If you go the fridge route set it up as close to the taps as you can get it. The shorter the beer lines the less foam you will get at first draw or between pours. It helps to insulate the exposed lines also. The reason for this is warm lines burp foam. If you really want to get fancy, and always get a perfect pour, line the refer up with its side next to the taps, cut a 6 inch hole in its side at the height of the taps and run your beer lines through a short piece of 6 inch insulated pipe to the back side of your bar plate. the cold air in the fridge will keep all of the lines cold and always ready. And last but not least, invest in a beer line cleaning kit and use it often. You can get this through a homebrew supply shop. Cheers!
