Why does my Kegerator stop working at times?

For some reason, I'll come home and pull the tap and nothing comes out. I find that if I lift the handle on the coupler and retap it, it will work. What is causing this? the Co2 seems fine. I don't understand.

Probabla a problem with the C02 line or pressure. have it checked out by a referdigeration professional.
