I'm going to the protest in Washington DC on September 15. I'll be taking Amtrak to Union Station. I have a sign I want to bring, it's not very big, but it's still a sign with a stick and it's bigger than the dimensions of their allowed carry-ons. Do you think they'll let me bring it on?
probably, is there anyway to take the stick off and attach it when you get there. if you get the seat by the door, you will have more room. unless you are getting a sleeper, you can put pretty much anything in there. for a long trip, these are totally worth it!!
