You're talking about an automatic percolator or an automatic coffee maker. They come in different sizes for office type use. You can get a percolator for like 30 to 50 cups if you need a large capacity, or a 15 to 20 cup if you want a smaller percolator. Unfortunately, these must be filled manually with water. I don't know of any of these that can be attached to a water line. They use similar styles in restaurants. Here are some links that will show you what is available!
